OUR HISTORY
B&L Ag Inc. was established in 2019 like most businesses - a need in the marketplace. Brent realized there was a real need for quality cover crops and forages in the region, and B&L Ag Inc. was born.
Here is a timeline of major upgrades and milestones in the company:
2019 - Company is started with a focus on blends for cover crops and forages
2020 - A portable seed cleaner is added to help address supply constraint issues
2021 - Initial phase of our seed plant is built
2022 - 5000 bph receiving leg is added
2023 - Company crosses 500,000 total bushels cleaned
2024 - 42,000 bushels of grain storage is added on site

ABOUT US
Brent Krause grew up on a farm just a half mile away from where B&L Ag Inc is currently located. He attended SDSU where he earned his bachelors degree, and met his wife Lyndy.
After finishing school, they entered full time campus ministry before moving back to Clear Lake, where they eventually started B&L Ag Inc.
Brent and Lyndy are blessed with 3 wonderful children, Beckett, Leah, and Braxton.
